Enhanced Resident Services & Consulting are committed to providing services that are tailored to each community’s needs.  Often times, the needs of the community consistently change, but we are here to help!  Every community is different and thus has different needs. We enhance and simplify services with best practices and an experienced team. 

Our programs are planned and performed to fit any population or demographic, We will provide a tailored customized program to service each community differently, and also keeping the Land Use Restrictive Agreement requirements as a priority.

Conventional Resident Services

Along with the owners and on site management team we will access the needs of the community.  Services can be consistent ongoing services you can provide at your community, These services help your property stand above your competition!  With events such as Resident Mingles, Family Movie Nights, Community Gardening, After School Programs, and various concierge services your property will stand above the rest!

Another service offered is bringing our experts on for the larger, seasonal or resident retention events.  No need to worry about the research, planning, or implementing those big events,  ERS&C is here to take care of all that for you, from planning the event to after event cleaning, ERS&C is here to take care of those events so your staff can visit and mingle with your residents.
